Moira Gething

I have been a Real Estate Professional since 1998. I was approached by Sheena Mare who was expanding her business & joined the team at Sotheby's International Realty in 2006. I have attended many hours of in house training sessions as well as training with various attorneys including Dykes van Heerden, & I have done two CRS courses, Personal & Career Management for the Residential Specialist & Business Planning & Marketing. I have of course done the training necessary to keep my Continuous Professional Development up to date. I am a member of the Knysna Yacht Club & sailed from Knysna to Dar-Es-Salaam as a crew on a 46ft. yacht in 2000. I have traveled widely & went on a tour of Italy (for lovers of art & architecture) in 2008. I went to Australia in 2017 & 2018 & was very fortunate to enjoy a sailing holiday in Sardinia with my family in 2019. I am a member of the U3A group & also the Knysna Historical Society. I am passionate about animals & wildlife. I enjoy walking, reading & painting watercolors. I have exhibited some paintings & have written a book for children with a conservation message.
