Tim Kirby has been the principal of Southern Cape Realty CC for the past 32 years and took up the franchise of Lew Geffen Sotheby's International Realty® George and Wilderness, in 2004. He has invaluable knowledge of the city of George and greater area and enjoys being part of the Lew Geffen Sotheby's International Realty® network.
With 32 years' service to the George and Wilderness communities, serving on the board of the Institute of Estate Agents of South Africa - Garden Route and chairing this body for several years, Tim understands and negotiates the many aspects of real estate.
