Tonie is a strong, driven individual who holds B Com and MBA degrees and has 38 years of experience in the banking industry. He has extensive experience in the property industry as a result of years of involvement with his wife's career, who in her own right is an award-winning agent. His previous roles in the banking industry also provided him with vast exposure to the residential, commercial and agricultural property industry.

As a provincial manager with one of South Africa's largest banking institutions, Tonie has a wealth of experience in growing, leading, supporting and training large teams and is passionate about leading people and inspiring them to reach their potential and achieve great results.
