The historical building now occupied by NeoYork33, was purchased by Carel and Ronel Swanepoel early in 2019 and has been stylishly renovated and redeveloped as a restaurant, group function venue, photographic studio, yarn boutique and their Neo Trend offices.

Chef François Ferreira and staff Jolene and André assisted in hosting the Lew Geffen Sotheby's International Realty event, which was thoroughly enjoyed by all.
